Lansdowne High School, located in southwest Baltimore County, serves a diverse student body of around 1,300 students. Nearly two-thirds of the students qualify for free or reduced-price lunch, reflecting the economic challenges many families face in the community.

This year, Drive Fore The Future was proud to return to Lansdowne as the school’s golf program welcomed two additional male players. To support their participation, we provided them each with a full set of clubs, a polo and a pair of golf shoes.

These items ensure the new team members have the basic equipment needed to compete, rather than being sidelined by cost barriers.

For a school where many students come from low-income households and where nearly 65% qualify for lunch assistance, these contributions matter. They transform golf from a sport only accessible to those with means into a real opportunity for motivated students at Lansdowne.

We believe every student deserves a chance to learn, compete, and grow and we’re honored to play a role in making that possible at Lansdowne High School.
